Подарили мне в феврале веб-камеру, которая автоматически должна подхватываться ОС Windows 7. Воткнул — не работает — убрал на полку.
Недавно понадобилась веб-камера, вспомнил о подарке, решил использовать. Подключил к ПК — черный квадрат вместо изображения. Долго мучал пк (сборки разных драйверов, DirectX последние версии и проверка на наличие ошибок, NET Framework начиная с 1.1 и до 4.6.1, редистрибутивы визуала — начиная с 2003 и до 2012 и т.п.), менял ОС (Win7 x32 и x64 в разных вариациях, с MSDN; Win8.1 x64) — всё без толку.
Отнёс веб-камеру в СЦ магазина-продавца, проверили, сказали — "веб-камера работает, проверили на разных конфигурациях пк" и вернули.
Вернулся домой, у меня как не работала веб-камера — так и не работает. Вместо изображения — черный квадрат(в skype, camdiag, amcap и пр. программах).
Так же проверил PC командами sfc /scannow и chkfsk /R /B — проблем не выявлено.
Просьба помочь с решением проблемы.
