Have you done all your Windows updates?
Have you tried using the Windows troubleshooter to overcome this issue?
Have you ran the HP Support Assistant to aid with HP updates and help resolve issues?
You can locate any supported drivers on the Drivers & Downloads page for your notebook. You will need to input your exact model and follow the prompts.
You could also try deleting the existing drivers and then restart your notebook to allow Windows to install a driver.
